Smartphone-Based Game Development to Introduce K12 Students in Applied Artificial Intelligence

This paper presents a structured activity based on game design to introduce k-12 students in the topic of super-vised machine learning from practical perspective. The has been developed scope an Erasmus+ project called AI+, which aims develop AI curriculum for high school students. As established AI+ principles, all teaching activities are use student's smartphone as core element intro-duce applied approach classes. In this case, smartphone-based app is by that includes neural network model obtained with "Personal Image Classifier" tool MIT App Inventor software.
